Sensaphone 400 Power and Temperature Alarm. Now you can protect your home, cabin or business when you can't be there - The Sensaphone 400 Dialer will monitor your house, cottage, cabin, computer rooms, equipment centers, offices, or any unattended facility to detect power failures, temperature extremes, intrusions, water incursion, sounds such as smoke and burglar alarms, and other conditions of your choice. It includes a relay output, allowing you to turn up the heat before you arrive, or remotely control other devices.! New Feature...record your own voice message!

The Sensaphone 400 replaces the CottageSitter, the BusinessSitter and the Remote Control models (Models 1104CS, 1104BS, 1104RC, 1114 and Model 1104) since it includes the relay output as well as line seizure.

Features of the New Sensaphone 400

4 inputs for monitoring temperature(s), water alarms, motion sensors, door alarms, humidity etc.
Calls up to 4 phone numbers when a problem occurs. Line seizure included.
Phone line monitoring - If the phone line is cut or disconnected, an LED will flash. Optionally the output relay can be tripped at the same time for a local indication of a problem.
Relay output that can be programmed to operate automatically upon alarm, or manually from a remote touch tone phone. It can be used to activate a local alarm, or used like the Sensaphone CottageSitter to control a dual setback thermostat. (See our Accessories page for Dual Thermostats)
Security code access
Temperature and Power monitoring to protect protect freezers, refrigerators, equipment etc.
Recordable voice. Now you can customize each input alarm message as well as the identification message.
Call your Sensaphone 400 using any telephone, to receive status reports and listen-in to on-site sounds
Test your dial out telephone numbers using the keypad, to ensure each number has been entered correctly.
Battery back up of 24 hours with "C" cell batteries, located at the front of the unit to make them easily accessible.
Power adapter uses a standard power plug, not hard wiring, to ensure easy installation(feeding wire through enclosure openings)
Status LEDs on the unit to indicate battery condition, alarm status and phone status
